Fitness Classes for Women

Hi, I'm Annalise, a busy mum working full time and juggling all the things life throws at us. I am passionate about supporting women to become their strongest and most confident selves.

Having completed my menopause course and exercise for women course, not only can I relate to all the battles that we face, but can provide solutions and solace to overcome some of the challenges that peri-menopause and midlife bring us.

I can share exercise techniques designed to support and strengthen women’s bodies in a way that can help us manage the health issues that come with mid life, support our mental health and preventing injury.

For too long, women have been made to feel that we need to be skinny, or fit into boxes pushed by the media and I am here to tell you that you are enough.

I really look forward to working with you and supporting you on your journey to strength, health and wellness.

Exercise Options for Women


My hope is to make exercise accessible to all, so I have a range of options to suit every budget - time and financial.

Online fitness training

Online training plans

You will see periodic 6 week online sessions via Zoom where we will do a gentle, functional workout with specific exercises that will benefit womens health to protect and prevent injury and some pelvic floor and core exercises. Exploring and understanding some of the hormone changes we are dealing with and how it impacts us. Accessible to most people, this is an absolute bargain for £30.

Ideal for mid-life women who want to workout in their pyjamas at home.

No babysitters required, no need to leave the house!

Small group fitness classes

Small group fitness classes

I teach regular classes at The Beacon, Langdon Square, Coulby Newham TS8 0TF - a mix of Barbell classes, Bootcamp classes and Pelvic Floor classes. Each one catering specifically to women’s health- focusing on injury prevention, resistance training for bone density and cardiovascular training for heart health. Great value at £5 per session and unlimited classes for £25 per month.

Barbell Blast

A workout using only the barbell.


Boot Camp

A high intensity cardio and resistance class designed to improve your fitness.

Pelvic Floor and Core

A relaxing workout, focusing on activating and strengthening pelvic floor muscles.

One to one training

1 to 1 personal training
